Reusable groups of scenes made from a video and inserted into another, with fresh scene ids.

Call it as `geenius_video(tool: "snippet", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `list` | Snippets: id, name, description, tags, sceneCount, seconds, the scene titles. |
| `read` | One snippet with its scenes. |
| `create` | Saves scenes of a video (in the order given) as a snippet. |
| `update` | Changes a snippet's name, description or tags. |
| `insert` | Puts a copy of the snippet's scenes into a video, with fresh scene ids. |
| `delete` | Deletes a snippet. Videos that used it keep their copies. |
